Girls Football

On Thursday our girls football team hosted Timahoe in their first league game. The girls played some fantastic football and had Timahoe under a lot of pressure. Unfortunately despite all their pressure they lost on a scoreline of Timahoe 6-4 Killeen 2-11. The girls have another home game this Thursday and are looking to improve on their performance.

A special thanks to Martin Hyland for organising the run.

A Day Out !!

On Wednesday Ms. Carter, Ms. Kelly, Ms. Quinn and Ms. Ryan brought 5 boys away on a special trip because of all the hard work they had done throughout the year. The boys went to Stradbally where they went horse riding and fishing in the grounds of Stradbally Hall. Then they had some lunch in the paint ball site befor they got to fire a paintball gun! They then went to the play ground before they came home. Sounds like a busy day!

The boys had a great time and really enjoyed their day!
