Red Velvet Cup Cakes
On Friday we made Red Velvet Cup Cakes in class. We divided into groups of 4 and each group made a dozen cup cakes. Here is the recipe we used;

Tag rugby
On a Wednesday 5th and 6th go out to play tag rugby in the hall or in the pitch if it is not raining. Wes from Athy Rugby Club comes to the school and teaches us to play tag rugby.
The rules are;
- you must have 2 tags on
- when you are tagged you must pass the ball
- no contact
- not allowed to kick the ball
- you must keep your 2 hands on the ball at all times
- you can only pass backwards
- to score you must place the ball over the try line
We are really enjoying it and hope to play in blitz before the end of the year.
