School closes for Easter Holidays @ 12pm on Friday 22nd March and re-opens on Monday 8th April.

This week (Mar 19 – 22) is Healthy Eating Week in our school. During the week we will be learning all about the importance of eating well and healthy foods. As we take part in the Food Dudes Programme we are always trying our best to eat well.

On Friday to celebrate World Book Day we dressed up as some of our favourite book characters. We all got book vouchers to take home.

Today Mark Moran from Laois county council came in to our school for National Trees Week. He brought in some beech and holly trees and he helped us to plant them.Now we have a wide selection of trees in our school. We would like to say thanks to Mark for bringing in the trees and John Moran from Laois County Council who came in to help us plant the trees as well.
